I’m sure you have many other things to keep in mind while planning your Valentine’s Day, so I made sure to include all the best Nashville restaurants and events on or around February 14th to help you plan your Valentine’s Day at ease!

Are you looking for some dinner ideas in Nashville with your significant other? Below are some of the best fancy Nashville dinner date ideas with your and your significant other. Be sure to make a reservation though, all the restaurants below book up super quickly!

The Bourbon Steak at JW Marriott is BY FAR one of the most fancy places for a date night on this list. The restaurant is so elegant and provides a beautiful 360° view of the entire downtown Nashville city – the views are already worth the visit. Bourbon Steak offers up the finest cuts of beef and fresh salads. Personally, one of my favorite dishes is the Lobster Pot Pie! This restaurant is very elegant, so you’re guaranteed to spend roughly $200 – $300 for two people.

2. Sinema

Sinema is a unique Nashville restaurant with a movie-style dining theme. As you walk inside the restaurant, you’ll find movie projectors across the walls on each level of the restaurant with a different movie playing each time you visit. Last time I ate here, The Joker was playing during our meal. At Sinema, you can find a variety of food options, such as Chicken, Burgers, Ribeye, Scallops, Pasta, and delicious cocktails.

3. Twelve Thirty Club

The Twelve Thirty Club is another one of my favorite restaurants for a romantic date night. The atmosphere, live music, outdoor seating, delicious cocktails, and a variety of food help provide an experience for everyone to enjoy.

4. Virago

By far, Virago one of the best sushi restaurants in all of Nashville, Tennessee, and the atmosphere makes for the perfect date night. Be sure to make a reservation far in advance as it does book up quickly! Virago’s atmosphere is similar to the Twelve Thirty Club without the live music. If you choose this for your Valentine’s Day dinner, I highly recommend trying the Tokyo Sangria cocktail and the Rainbow Box sushi roll – DELICIOUS! Trust me. 🙂

5. Kayne Prime

If you’re looking to try some delicious steak, this is the place for you! Kayne Prime offers a variety of meat from all around the world – Australia, California, Alabama, and more. The menu offers up Wagyu Filets, NY Strip, Filet Mignon, and Bone In Filet. If you’re interested in trying a variety of meats, Kayne Prime also offers a meat sampling platter, where you can try 4oz of American Wagyu, Australian Wagyu, and Prime. There are so many delicious options, which makes for a perfect date night with your significant other!

6. Druise & Darr at The Hermitage Hotel

Druise & Darr is a hidden gem in Nashville for the perfect Valentine’s Day date night. The contemporary elegance create a perfect spot for a date night with your significant other. If you’re looking to enjoy some delicious seafood, Druise & Darr offers up Lobster, Salmon, Cod, and of course some non-seafood options such as Chicken, Beef Tenderloin, and Pork Chops. This is the perfect spot to sip a few cocktails and enjoy a delicious dinner.

7. E3 Chophouse Nashville

E3 Chophouse is located in Hillsboro Village, and if you aren’t too familiar with the Hillsboro neighborhood, there’s lots of shopping and sweet treats to enjoy in the area after your dinner! However, E3 Chophouse is a quaint steakhouse serving a variety of seafood and steaks. One of the most popular menu items at E3 Chophouse is the Caviar bar, where you can choose from three different types of caviar. However, if you’re not interested in seafood and steaks, E3 does offer unique and delicious salad options too! I highly recommend visiting E3, especially if you’re looking to follow up your dinner with an ice cream or cookie shop afterwards. 🙂

8. Sambuca Restaurant

Sambuca is such a fun restaurant for a date night with your significant other. You get to enjoy delicious food and modern cocktails, listen to live music, and even dance the night away! What could be more fun for Valentine’s Day in Nashville?

9. The Countrypolitan Bar & Kitchen

The Countrypolitan offers a full restaurant and bar open from the early morning to late night pairing live music with delicious local food and cocktails. The perfect place to sit back and relax with your significant other during your dining experience at Countrypolitan. As for food options, the Countrypolitan serves up some delicious southern barbecue-style dishes such as pulled pork, barbecue brisket, baby back ribs, and many more dinner options.

10. STK Steakhouse Nashville

STK Steakhouse is a vibey and boujee place for a dinner date night – literally, it is. You can expect to pay no less than $50 for an entree. However, the restaurant atmosphere and delicious food is unmatched. At STK Steakhouse, you can choose from a variety of food options – from lobster, salmon, chicken, lamb, and so much more. If you’re looking to get all fancy and try some new food items, I highly recommend STK Steakhouse to celebrate your Valentine’s Day in Nashville.

11. Skull’s Rainbow Room

Live music, burlesque, fine dining and delicious cocktails – what could be better? At Skull’s Rainbow Room, you are surrounding by lively entertainment while served with award winning food and local drinks. Skull’s Rainbow Room is such a fun place to spend your entire evening on Valentine’s Day!

12. Eddie V’s Prime Seafood

Ahhh, Eddie V’s Prime Seafood is BY FAR my favorite restaurant of all time. Although, I might be biased because I love seafood. Eddie V’s Prime Seafood is located in the heart of Nashville, right on the infamous Broadway street. However, be prepared to get a little fancy if you decide to dine at Eddie V’s. The delicious Ahi Tuna, Lobster Mashed Potatoes, Crab Fried Rice, Sea Bass, and so much more! You’ll be sure to find an entree you enjoy!

Bluebird Cafe is a staple in Nashville, Tennessee. It’s a small cafe with live music from upcoming artists, and fun fact, Taylor Swift performed here too before her rise to fame! Occasionally, you can find some celebrities performing for a small crowd at Bluebird Cafe, such as Sheryl Crowe, Olivia Rodrigo, and others too. This is the perfect spot to grab an appetizer, enjoy a drink, and listen to some of the best music in town. Be sure to book your reservation as soon as possible, Bluebird Cafe books up super quickly! Please note: All shows become available one week prior to the show date at 8am.

2. Enjoy a delicious cocktail at an underground speakeasy

What better way to spend some extra time with your significant other than enjoying a fancy margarita cocktail before or after your dinner reservation – AND underground? Pushing Daises speakeasy offers sophisticated and delicious margarita cocktails for you and your partner to sip and enjoy. Although you can’t technically make a reservation, you can still book a reservation to “skip the line,” so you can get inside the bar, grab a table, and order a drink.

3. Enjoy an outdoor hike at Radnor Lake State Park

Although the Nashville weather in February can be a hit or miss, so if the weather permits, I highly recommend taking a hike around the beautiful lake at Radnor Lake State Park. This popular state park is a FREE park located right outside the city and consist of easy too moderate to difficult hiking and walking trails. The perfect spot for a casual walk, spot some wildlife or snap a photo!

4. Make your own Goo Goo Clusters

What better date night than satisfying your sweet tooth by making your own candy while taste testing different kinds of chocolate? At Goo Goo Clusters, you can make your very own candy bar, and of course, try some delicious beverages too. 🙂

5. Try duck bowling and old-school arcade games at Pins Mechanical

Pins Mechanical is a fun indoor-outdoor bar with so many fun old school arcade games. At Pins Mechanical, you can try unique drinks like the Hulk Hogan, which consist of the original bomb popsicle inside your drink. So fun! You can also enjoy classic games like an enlarged game of jenga, giant beer pong, ping pong, slides, and the most common game – duck bowling. If you aren’t familiar with duck bowling, it’s basically like a miniature version of bowling. The lanes are half the size of a regular bowling alley, the bowling balls are smaller with no finger holes, and you can wear your own shoes! The perfect date night for delicious drinks and unique games!

Is there anything that sounds more romantic than a helicopter tour of downtown Nashville? Personally, I can’t think of anything more romantic. Experience unique views of the Batman building, Nissan Stadium, Broadway street, and so much more!

7. Do a wine tasting at Arlington Vineyards

Arlington Vines, also known as Nashville’s Wine Country, is the perfect spot to take your significant other for a wine tasting in the “country,” but it’s really only located about 30 minutes outside of downtown Nashville. At Arlington Vineyards, you can try the below options:

  • Tasting Bar: You can choose 6 wines and enjoy inside the relaxed Lodge environment ($40/guest for 45 minutes)
  • Flights of Wine: You can choose 4 wines and enjoy outside at a picnic table ($15 per guest)
  • Food and Wine Pairing: You can enjoy small bites with 2oz wine pours ($65/guests for 90 minutes)

8. Enjoy city views and cocktails at a rooftop bar

Nashville is very well-known for the rooftop bars all throughout the city. From Broadway street, to the Gultch and Germantown, there are countless of rooftop bars. Even if the weather doesn’t permit, rooftop bars do have indoor-outdoor seating too, so no need to worry! Enjoy a romantic evening on the rooftop overlooking the city, while enjoying delicious food and drinks! I highly recommend visiting Harriet’s Rooftop, L27 Rooftop Lounge, L.A. Jackson, and Heirloom.

9. Enjoy a Valentine’s Day evening cruise

Enjoy a romantic evening cruise along downtown Nashville’s Cumberland River, while enjoying live music, food, and drinks. This Valentine’s Day in Nashville, the General Jackson Showboat is offering a one night Valentine’s Day experience on February 14th, 2024 from 6:15pm – 10:00pm. Be sure to book your spot asap!

10. See a comedy show at Zanies Comedy Club
