During your visit to the Pearl Harbor National Monument, you can experience the USS Arizona Memorial where over 1,000 Sailors and Marines were killed on the USS Arizona Memorial during the attack of Pearl Harbor. The memorial commemorates the events of that day. The memorial provides tickets free of cost, but it is a first-come first-serve basis. Once tickets are gone, there are no more offered for the day.

The Pink Pillbox trail was one of my favorite things to do in Oahu, mostly because of the beautiful views along the entire route – especially at the top. The Pink Pillbox Trailhead offers one of the best views of all Oahu and the bright blue ocean water.

The Diamond Head State Monument offers breathtaking panoramic views of Oahu, making it a must-visit destination for visitors. I’m gonna be honest, the Koko Crater Railway Trail is an extremely hard hike in Oahu. It literally feels like you’re climbing up 1,000 stairs (or more). However, the steep ascent if worth it for the sense of accomplishment and stunning scenery at the top. You’ll notice a lot of locals hike this trail as a workout, which is definitely understandable. If you’re up for the challenge, this epic hike offers breathtaking views of Oahu, and if most definitely a bucket-list experience that will push your limits and reward with you unbelievable views.
